By accessing or using Zyntral AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Zyntral AI is an AI-powered content management platform that allows users to generate, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts. The Service is provided by OreoStudios, an individual entrepreneur registered in France.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or third parties
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

5. Social Media Integrations

When you connect a social media account, you authorize Zyntral AI to publish content on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all content posted through the Service. You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate content suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. Zyntral AI does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant Zyntral AI a limited license to process and publish your content as directed by you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OreoStudios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
